Neither your spouse nor you may currently own a home or have owned a home within the last 12 months. Also, if you or your spouse have previously obtained a home on the GNND program or the predecessor programs Officer Next Door / Teacher Next Door, then you are not eligible. To take full and complete advantage of the GNND 50% discount, participants for a minimum of three years must live in the home as their primary residence.
